Heavy Hearts

Via Drudge, the speculation of a bomb threat brings heavier hearts to the Air France disaster.

From Momento 24 (cached from Google, Bomb threat on Air France flight, May 27, 2009):
The airport safety delayed an Air France flight this evening before departring [sic] for Paris immediately after the company received a bomb threat over the phone at the airport of Ezeiza.

Knowing the cause of the crash won't lesson the pain of the families who lost their loved ones, but investigations of problems with airplanes helps save others. Bombs, however, especially when there were might have been warnings will cause the families even greater angst while they're coping with their loss.

I'm certain there are bomb threats all the time. How many is irrelevant. Let's hope it wasn't a bomb and that we are able to find a reason that can be solved to prevent future disasters like this.
